Saute an onion in some olive oil. Put in big soup pot.
Dump into soup pot:
2 cans of chicken gumbo soup
2 cans vegetable soup (Mom uses Minestrone but it has beef flavoring which grosses me out)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can water
Heat.
Eat.

Where can I find Chicken Gumbo soup up North....or can I?
It's just Campbell's Chicken Gumbo soup. Maybe the grocery store can order it for you if they don't have it? It's a standard shelf item here.
