A friend of mine found a treasure trove of old ledgers and receipts - some (maybe all? not sure) from an old department store. These "cash" cards were in the stash. Anybody know what they actually are? I'm SO CURIOUS!!!P.S. I know "What Are This?" is not proper grammar. If you don't get the reference, watch:
